Up next in our ‘Where To Stay’ features are the newly refurbished Marina Villas. There are two beautiful villas to choose from, either the Marina Villa or Marina Luxury Villa.
Marina Luxury Villa
This brand new luxury villa is in the perfect location just 30 second walk to the beach and caters to your every need. Marina Luxury Villas offers complete privacy with your own gardens, private pool, hot tub and parking space.
Marina Luxury Villa has 3 en-suite bedrooms, 2 of which are double rooms and 1 is a twin room plus an additional sofa bed which can sleep 2 people, meaning the villa itself can sleep up to 8 people. The contemporary villa has an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen.
You will also benefit from complimentary Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. All rooms have smart TV’s, hairdryers, multiple electric points, luxury bed linen, plus complimentary robes and slippers. For your convenience there is a washing machine, iron and safety deposit box provided.
There is also an outdoor seating area complete with a BBQ and grill station (and all necessary utensils) if you wish to dine al fresco in the privacy of your gardens. The garden also has modern swing hammock style chairs and luxury sunbeds to sit back, relax and unwind around the pool. The sun canopy offers shaded areas in the garden if you wish to stay out of the sun. All interiors and exteriors have been finished to a high standard.
A private entrance and large fence surrounding the property offers total seclusion giving you a true sense of privacy.
Marina Villa
The second of the two villas is located just slightly behind down the side of Marina Luxury. It has a large terrace area to enjoy an evening drink or meal. The villa is suitable for people with limited mobility/wheelchair users as it is all on a flat terrain.
The villa can sleep up to 4 adults (can sleep 1 additional child if required, an extra fold away bed can be provided). The villa consists of 2 double rooms and 1 twin room, 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen should you wish to dine in. In Marina Villa you will also benefit from free air-conditioning and WiFi.
There is no pool within the premises of Marina Villa, but you have access to any hotel pool around the village.
Marina Villa 2 has also recently been refurbished and under new management, but still remains in the family; the grandchildren of Spiros & Marina have taken over the reins of the family business.
Located just a short stroll from the villa you are able to reach the beach, other local pools (which are free to use to the public, it is just common courtesy to purchase a drink from the bar or snacks), supermarket, an array of restaurants & bars as well as many gift shops. The villa is in the ideal quiet location yet still central while offering you the privacy you need for your holidays.
